Returns/Exchanges 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Items must be purchased through 'AINA Life LLC web orders. In store purchases will follow the return/exchange policy of that vendor. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions. 

  • Personal Care items in used conditions such as toothbrushes/toothpaste for health reasons
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Follow these easy steps:

  1. If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, email us at info@ainalife.com with Return/Exchange in subject line, a picture of the product, and invoice of order included in the message.
  2. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and original packaging to be sent together.  
  3. Once the return/exchange has been approved we will send you a link for a free shipping label.

  5. Refund/Exchange will be issued once the item is received and processed.

Damages 
Because of the natural nature of our products, there is potential for manufacturing defects. That is the beauty of organic materials over plastic! Items must be purchased through 'AINA Life LLC web orders. In store purchases will follow the return/exchange policy of that vendor.

  1. If your product has arrived damaged upon arrival, email us at info@ainalife.com with Damage/Exchange in subject line, a picture of the product, and invoice of the order included in the message.
  2. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and original packaging to be sent together.  
  3. Once the damage has been approved we will send you a link for a free shipping label.

  5. Refund/Exchange will be issued once the item is received and processed. 


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ainalife.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
